Help us make a difference as a Production Supervisor at our facility in Seaham.

A quick look at the role:

To support site management in the day-to-day management and supervision of the facility and its teams in achieving targets and goals.

Shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off, repeat (7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am).

Your core responsibilities:

• Ensure Health & Safety standards, policies, and procedures are observed, maintained, and reviewed.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Monitor and assist shift performance and discipline.
• Promote and manage change.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and performance on site.
• Supervise the day-to-day running of the facility.
• Deputise in the absence of the Senior Production Supervisor.
• Assist the team in achieving the site's KPIs.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of H&S, IOSH (Desirable).
• Knowledge of ISO accreditations and requirements.
• Experience and knowledge gained in the waste sector (Desirable).
• Management/supervisor experience with large teams in Production/Manufacturing environments (Essential).
• General understanding of engineering/mechanical principles (Desirable).
