Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Delivery Station DRR1 in the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact on shift, mentor team members, ensure adherence to processes, and support the Shift/Area Manager with continuous improvements.

This hands-on role uses data to monitor performance, coordinate across departments, and drive safety, quality and productivity during peak times.

Qualifications

• MS Office suite experience in a professional setting.
• Strong data analytics skills to identify and solve problems.
• Advanced/proficient English communication (CEFR C1).

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor workflows, track onsite performance and share shift information with frontline management.
• Support and train employees, supervising them in daily tasks.
• Assist the Shift/Area Manager with process improvements and safety initiatives.
