Job summary

Marshalls plc is seeking a Shift Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the continuous running of our production processes. You will fault-find and maintain equipment on site, performing reactive and planned maintenance across hydraulics, pneumatics and conveyors.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical knowledge, time-served qualifications (NVQ 3), and experience with robots and automated plant. This role offers a daytime shift pattern and benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified, time served in a similar position ideally at NVQ 3 level.
• Experience with robots and automated process plant & machinery.
• Experience in reactive and planned maintenance on hydraulic/pneumatic systems and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous running of the production process by eliminating downtime.
• Fault finding and maintenance of equipment on site.
• Reactive and planned maintenance of systems controlling hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and related machinery.
