Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead our operations, drive safety and process improvements, and inspire a high-performing team during nights.

You will supervise daily activities, implement lean changes, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with HR and safety to maintain cost-efficiency and quality standards. This 4-on, 4-off night role offers a competitive package including a 20% shift premium and a comprehensive benefits program.

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off / 18:00 -06:00 / Nights
Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD

• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have proven experence as a Warehouse Shift Manager within a busy logistics environment / 2-3 Years.
• Have proven experience in developing and training a team of manages.
• Have performance mindset & operational excellence to drive a culture focused on quality, accuracy, cost control, and performance and efficiency—not just volume.
• Have experence cultural change and continuous improvement.
• Must understand and manage cost-to-serve, productivity, and performance.
• Have experence in change management and continuous improvement.
• Will work with HRBP, Health & Safety, resource planners and other managers.
• Will be responsible for five First Line Managers.
• Happy to work on a rotational shift 4 on 4 off.
• Happy to work 12 hrs shifts for 4 days
• Happy to work during the Nighst shift 18:00 -6:00
