Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northampton is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead our night operations and drive efficiency. You will supervise a team during 18:00–06:00, 4 on/4 off shifts, ensuring safety and productivity across the warehouse.

You'll implement improved processes, monitor KPIs, and work with HR, Health & Safety and planning teams to deliver high quality service while controlling costs and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as Warehouse Shift Manager in a busy logistics environment
• Experience developing and training a team of managers
• Focus on quality, cost control, and performance improvement

Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off / 18:00 -06:00 / Nights

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have proven experence as a Warehouse Shift Manager within a busy logistics environment / 2-3 Years.
• Have proven experience in developing and training a team of manages.
• Have performance mindset & operational excellence to drive a culture focused on quality, accuracy, cost control, and performance and efficiency-not just volume.
• Have experence cultural change and continuous improvement.
• Mustunderstand and manage cost-to-serve, productivity, and performance.
• Have experence in change management and continuous improvement.
• Will work with HRBP, Health & Safety, resource planners and other managers.
• Will beresponsible for five First Line Managers.
• Happy to work on arotational shift 4 on 4 off.
• Happy to work 12 hrs shifts for 4 days
• Happy to work during the Nighst shift 18:00 -6:00
