Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy store and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee the shop when the Manager isn’t there, motivate the team and ensure standards across in-shop, delivery, and Click + Collect channels.

You’ll manage sandwich preparation, ovens, displays, and shop cleanliness, while coaching staff to maintain a fast, friendly service and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

• Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
