Job summary

Lidl is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to help maintain high standards daily and lead the store team. You will motivate staff, manage floor operations, and ensure the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

You will receive a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) with extra pay for bank holidays (£2.00/hour) and night shifts (£3.50/hour), plus a benefits package including holiday and discount perks.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management for smooth shifts.
