Lidl GB is hiring a Retail Shift Manager to lead a team, oversee store operations, and ensure a high standard of customer service across shifts. You’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks, and handle day-to-day issues to keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
