Lidl GB is looking for a Retail Shift Manager to keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate your team, oversee store operations, and take responsibility in the absence of senior managers.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95, 30–40 hours per week, weekends included, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long service awards.
