Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to support the store leadership in delivering excellent customer service and strong store performance. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour that you shift manage the store.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate shift coverage, develop the team, and ensure cash handling and security policies are followed while maintaining a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Effective communicator to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Leads the team on-shift to deliver a great store.
