Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the store leadership team and deliver great customer service. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement when you shift manage the store, with focus on availability and sales.

As a leader on shift you will plan and guide the team, uphold cash handling and service standards, and help create an inclusive, high performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication to deliver store tasks
• Ability to plan shifts and utilise team effectively
• Focus on customer service and standards
• Maintain loss prevention and cash handling policies
