Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues to deliver tasks correctly.
• Ability to plan and organise shift coverage using the team.
• Provide balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Lead the team on shift to deliver a great store experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximise store availability and customer service during shifts.
• Drive sales and upsell initiatives while maintaining cost controls.
• Deliver actions set by line manager and monitor daily floor walk outcomes.
• Support Talking Shop Rep and engage the team in store initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive culture and support personal development.
