Job summary

GDK Cambridge is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the restaurant shift, drive revenue and profitability, and develop a skilled team. You will ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding service, maintain stock and schedules, and uphold brand standards and food safety.

You will also coach staff, monitor performance, and reinforce health and hygiene practices to create a safe and welcoming dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and delivering guest-focused service.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop team members.
• Knowledge of stock control and weekly sales information.
• Understanding of brand standards and policies.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
