Job summary

German Doner Kebab is seeking a shift manager to oversee a busy restaurant in Cambridge. You will manage your shift, drive revenue and profits by growing your team to deliver exceptional guest care and service while upholding brand standards.

You will control costs, manage stock and ensure food safety and hygiene compliance, monitoring weekly sales information and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

• Operationally focused on implementing brand standards and policies.
• Consistently deliver industry-leading guest service.
• Experience with previous openings would be ideal but is not essential.
• Comply with Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in hospitality and monitor competitors.
