Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift, open and close the restaurant, and lead the floor with a focus on hospitality. You will work alongside the GM and Assistant Manager as the business refreshes across sites, learning the craft of running a great restaurant.

You’ll be joining at a moment when the hard work starts paying off, with opportunities to progress to Assistant Manager and beyond, while delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring every guest leaves feeling looked

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on the floor in busy, guest-focused hospitality.
• Calm under pressure; a full restaurant on a Saturday night gets you going.
• A people-first approach; you lead by example and look out for your team.
• Pride in food and exceptional hospitality; you notice the details and care when something isn't right.
• Ambition; you want to grow into restaurant management.
• Good working knowledge of food safety, licensing and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead the shift, running pre-shift briefings and setting the pace and standard for hospitality.
• Be a visible floor presence; ensure every guest's first and last impression is memorable.
• Ensure Italian classics go out exactly as they should, every shift.
• Manage cash, tills and stock during your shift; keep labour on track as the shift changes.
• Open and close the restaurant safely and on time; hand over clearly to the next shift.
• Maintain food safety, allergen procedures, health and safety and licensing standards on every shift.
