Prezzo Italian is actively seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift and lead the team to deliver exceptional hospitality. You open and close the restaurant, set the tempo on the floor, and ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely looked after.

You’ll mentor colleagues, maintain standards, and drive smooth service on busy nights as the business grows with renewed kitchens and refreshed venues. This role offers a clear path to restaurant leadership.
