Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift and lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You’ll open and close the restaurant, coach colleagues on the floor, and ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely looked after.

With support from the GM and Assistant Manager, you’ll learn the craft of running a great restaurant and have a clear path to advance to Assistant Manager as the business grows across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on the floor in busy hospitality.
• Calm under pressure during a full restaurant shift.
• Pride in food and exceptional hospitality; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, set the pace and standard for hospitality.
• Delight guests with memorable service and great Italian dishes.
• Open and close the restaurant, manage cash and stock on shift.
• Keep labour on track and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Maintain food safety, allergen, health and licensing standards.
