Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift, open and close the restaurant, and lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You’ll shape the guest experience from first welcome to final impression, with support from your GM and Assistant Manager as you learn to run a great operation.

Experience leading a team on the floor in busy hospitality.
Calm under pressure during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities

Run pre-shift briefings that get the team focused and ready.
Lead from the floor, setting pace and standards for exceptional hospitality.
Build a connected team that creates memorable guest experiences.
Coach in the moment and spot those ready for more.
Open and close the restaurant safely and on time.
Manage cash, tills and stock during shifts.
Keep labour on track as shifts change.
Hand over clearly to the next shift.
