Greggs in Edinburgh is seeking a part-time Shift Manager to lead a shop on weekends and weekdays. You’ll support the Manager, motivate the team, and ensure every customer has a brilliant experience, whether in-store, delivery, or online orders.

Qualifications

• Reliable and capable of leading a team.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and friendlily.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays stocked and shop looking clean and presentable.
• Ensure a smooth shift handover when the Manager isn’t available.
