Job summary

McDonald’s franchise-owned restaurant in Greater London is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Previous leadership experience preferred, especially in hospitality or retail.

You’ll manage crew, plan shifts, monitor performance, and help meet targets. The role includes education through Archways to Opportunity, health coverage, vacation and retirement benefits.

Qualifications
