Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team, ensuring superb customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations. You’ll support the Manager in their absence, motivate colleagues, and help run in‑shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive‑through channels.

As part of the management team, you will prepare products, manage ovens and keep displays fully stocked, while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Reliable and able to lead a team to deliver great service.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to maintain high shop standards and drive excellent customer service.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and with a smile.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and ovens management.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with variety for customers.
