Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to help run the shop when the Manager is away. You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and support operations across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels.

You will be responsible for motivating staff, maintaining standards, preparing products, and ensuring a clean, well-presented shop. Experience in a similar supervisory role is valued.

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
