Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to run the shop when the Manager isn’t on duty. You’ll lead the team, motivate colleagues, and ensure a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll inspire the team to deliver great results and maintain the shop to the highest standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Proven customer service excellence.
Ability to work across multiple channels (in-store, delivery, Click+Collect, drive-thru).

Responsibilities

Inspire the team to deliver results and maintain the shop to high standards.
Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
Prepare products, including sandwiches and oven management.
Ensure displays are fully stocked with a wide range of items.
Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
