Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn't available, motivating the team and ensuring a brilliant customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru channels.

Typical duties include inspiring the team, serving customers quickly, preparing products, stocking displays and maintaining a clean, presentable shop. Experience in supervision in a customer-focused environment is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and uphold shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products including sandwiches and manage ovens.
• Keep displays fully stocked with plenty of choice.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
