Job summary

Greggs PLC is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service during your shift. You will look after the shop when the Manager isn't around, motivate the team, manage ovens, stock displays, and ensure a clean, presentable store.

You will oversee in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels, drive a brilliant customer experience, and work in a fast-paced environment with weekly pay and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience supervising shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.
