Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager is away, keeping customers at the heart of everything we do. You’ll motivate the team, ensure stock and displays are well managed, and maintain a clean, welcoming store across channels including in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

On a typical shift you’ll inspire the team, serve customers quickly, and oversee product preparation while keeping ovens running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop.
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers.
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable.
