Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the UK who can lead a busy store team, ensure high standards, and keep operations running smoothly. The role involves motivating staff, delegating tasks, and taking responsibility for the shop floor while covering early weekend shifts starting as early as 5am.

It offers a competitive hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95), 30-35 hours per week, pro-rata holidays, a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, a pension, and long service awards.
