Lidl in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store, motivating your team, managing operations, and upholding Lidl's standards in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate (£15.45-£15.95) and a 30-35 hour contract, with weekend availability essential and start times from 5am Mon-Sun.
