Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead on-the-floor shifts, uphold service standards, food quality and cleanliness, and support your team to deliver great guest experiences.

You will coach Crew Members, manage stock and daily operations, and model confident, hands-on leadership. This full-time role is based in Swansea and offers a supportive, fast-paced environment with strong progression opportunities.
