Wingstop is seeking a proactive Shift Manager in the Coventry area to lead shifts, drive service standards, and support a high-performing team. You will oversee on-floor operations, ensure quality and safety, and mentor Crew Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About The Role

As a Shift Manager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience.
