Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead busy restaurant shifts, support the team, and uphold high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll motivate staff, manage floor operations during peak periods and ensure a great guest experience from start to finish.

Based in Edinburgh, you’ll work a flexible rota across opening hours and play a key part in stock control and health & safety compliance.

About The Role

As a Shift Manager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience.

You’ll motivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track during busy periods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, build team confidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as order takeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead from the front during busy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor
