Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead smooth, successful shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness to ensure every customer has a great experience.

You will coach Crew Members, manage on-floor operations, and uphold safety and stock control while driving a fast-paced, inclusive culture. If you’re a confident, hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills, apply today.

About The Role

As a Shift Manager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience.
