Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, support and develop the team, maintain high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness, and ensure a great customer experience across dine-in, takeaway and delivery. You’ll motivate the team, step in as needed, and drive strong operational performance.

The role is based in one of our restaurants. You’ll lead from the front during busy periods, delivering consistent experiences and upholding Wingstop

About The Role

As a Shift Manager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience. You’ll motivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track during busy periods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, build team confidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance. This role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as order takeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead from the front during busy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor

• Coaching and developing Crew Members
• Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Supporting stock control and daily operations
