Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, motivate the team and uphold high standards across service, food quality and cleanliness. You will coach Crew Members, ensure fast, friendly customer experiences, manage stock and operations, and develop your leadership skills with a clear progression toward Assistant Manager roles.

About The Role

As a Shift Manager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience.
