Job summary

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) in Peterborough is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily shifts, support the on‑floor team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee food quality, cleanliness, and safety, while coaching Crew Members and maintaining efficient operations.

The role focuses on delivering fast, friendly service, developing staff, and maintaining high standards across service and food safety in a busy restaurant environment.

As a Shift Manager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience.
