Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, mentor the team, maintain service standards, food quality, and cleanliness, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Based in one of our restaurants, you will lead by example during peak periods, drive performance, support stock and daily operations, and help deliver fast, friendly, consistent service.

About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you'll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts while supporting and developing your team. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer has a great experience.

You'll motivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track during busy periods. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, build team confidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as order takeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you'll lead from the front during busy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure every customer leaves with a great experience.
