Job summary

Sc Hospitality Ltd is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, energise the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences during peak times. You will support the management team, model best practices on the floor, and drive smooth operation.

You’ll coach staff, train new starters, and work with senior managers to meet guest needs while upholding safety and quality standards. A clear progression path is provided within the hospitality career ladder.
