Job summary

The Ideal Collection is seeking an experienced server ready to step into a Hospitality Supervisor role in Southampton. You will lead by example on the floor while beginning to learn management responsibilities and how the business operates behind the scenes.

You will train and support servers, help with rotas and stock, and work with GMs to grow within a caring, human-led hospitality group. This stepping stone role offers clear career pathways and apprenticeships.
