Job summary

Domino’s store in the United Kingdom is seeking energetic, organised leaders to manage busy shifts, motivate your team, and ensure service, quality and teamwork remain top priorities.

This role carries responsibility for evenings and every weekend, with a salary of £13.25 per hour and benefits including staff discount, pension scheme and ongoing management training and progression support.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy; manage rotas and shift planning.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
