Hickory's Smokehouse in Huddersfield is hiring a Shift Leader. You will support the management team by leading shifts, delivering guest experiences, and ensuring strong operational execution.

You will set the standard on shift, develop the team, and drive performance through coaching and clear decision‑making. The role offers progression opportunities and a benefits package with pay up to £16.21 per hour including tips.
