Hickory’s Smokehouse invites you to join us as a Server in a lively, award-winning hospitality team in the UK. The role involves running a section, taking orders, getting to know our local community, and ensuring guests leave with a big smile after a great dining experience.

You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate up to £15.80 including Tip Jar, plus benefits like team food, progression opportunities, wellbeing support and paid time off to celebrate life’s moments.

Qualifications

• Capable of delivering friendly, efficient service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Run a section within the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Take customer orders and ensure accuracy.
• Get to know the local community and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure guests leave looking happy and satisfied.
