Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a Shift Leader at The Ship in Weymouth. The role involves overseeing opening/closing, safety and security, and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food-led environment.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute.
• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable.
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
