Caffè Nero in Rugby is hiring Shift Leaders to help run our store, lead the team by example and deliver fantastic service to every customer. No coffee experience is required – brilliant training starts you on the path to a rewarding career.

You’ll manage shifts, motivate colleagues, ensure quality drinks from bean to cup, and keep the front and back of house safe, clean and welcoming for every service. Join us and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred.
• Full training is provided; no prior coffee experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and guide the team by example.
• Prepare coffee, matcha and seasonal drinks to each order.
• Deliver great in-store and delivery service with a personalised experience.
• Keep customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean and organised for service.
