Job summary

As a player-coach, you’ll support the GM and Training Team, open and close the location, handle issues with grace, and drive foot traffic and sales in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires 35 hours per week, 5 days, including peak days, with eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry.
• Availability to work 6:30 am to 9:00 pm.
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and serve customers with energy, warmth, and empathy.
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees, ensuring recipes and uniform standards are followed.
• Open and close the location safely and responsibly, and ensure cleaning duties are followed.
• Positive and solution‑focused handling of any minor customer issue.
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and profitability.
