Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift, open and close the restaurant, lead the team on the floor, and ensure every guest has the memorable experience they came for.

With Brava Hospitality Group backing, you’ll learn the craft of running a restaurant and have clear pathways to Assistant Manager as the estate refresh continues. A hands-on, guest-focused leadership role in a growing UK brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on the floor in busy, guest-focused hospitality.
• Calm under pressure, managing a full restaurant on peak nights.
• People-first leadership style with a focus on guest experience.
• Pride in food and hospitality, attention to details and standards.
• Ambition to grow into restaurant management roles.
• Good knowledge of food safety, licensing and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, open and close the restaurant, and set the tone on the floor.
• Ensure consistent hospitality, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage cash, tills and stock during your shift, and keep labour on track.
• Maintain food safety, allergen procedures, health and safety standards.
