Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to bridge the gap between Waiting Staff and Management on the restaurant floor. The role offers leadership opportunities and a pathway to develop as a team leader while delivering memorable hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as keyholder and open/close the restaurant.
• Lead service during shifts when management is not present.
• Set the tone for service and deliver hospitality on the floor.
• Support shift handovers and maintain manager communication.
• Assist with cashing up, compliance paperwork, and stock checks.
• Motivate and guide the team during busy periods.
