Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Duty Manager to own the shift, lead the floor, and ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely looked after. You’ll work with the GM and Assistant Manager to drive excellent hospitality, manage opened and closed shifts, and coach a high-performing team across a dynamic restaurant estate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on the floor in busy hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, licensing rules and cash handling.
• Proactive leadership to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and run pre-shift briefings to focus the team.
• Ensure guest experiences are consistently high and issues are resolved on the spot.
• Open and close shifts, manage cash and stock, and hand over to the next shift.
