The role offers hourly pay starting at £15.59, increasing to £16.86 in certain stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Flexible hours and development opportunities are available within Tesco.

• To be over 18 for this role.
• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.

• A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
