McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Leader to drive hospitality and lead a team in delivering friendly service and clean facilities. You will guide operations across shifts, modelling our values and ensuring consistent guest experiences.

You will coach colleagues, manage workflow and uphold safety standards while adapting to weekday and weekend patterns. This role offers opportunities for development and rewards within a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality or customer-focused environments.
• Ability to deliver personalised service and connect with customers.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Capable of adapting to shift patterns across weekdays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Plan shift success based on forecasted sales and staffing.
• Conduct pre-shift walk-throughs and delegate tasks.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety, and maintenance standards.
• Review stock levels and promotional offers with the team.
• Optimise team positioning and assign area leaders.
• Monitor operations and customer flow for smooth service.
• Identify bottlenecks and safety concerns and solve them.
• Provide coaching, feedback and recognition to staff.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards.
• Engage with customers and delivery partners to enhance experience.
• Review shift performance and handover notes to the next shift.
