Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes, owning the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive, feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to develop skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Ensure picture-perfect dish presentation and uphold restaurant standards.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
